Organize Your Life Series: Bullet Journaling
This informational session will introduce you to a method that is equal parts day planner, diary, and written meditation. Bullet journal creator Ryder Carroll says that it is meant “to help you track the past, organize the present, and plan for the future.” Bullet journaling lets you organize tasks by priority, time, and completion. Unlike a traditional planner, this method encourages you to examine how your tasks and goals make you feel by reflecting on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis. Each attendee will receive a complimentary journal as part of this program.
