Maureen Kenny from New Milford’s Nutmeg Olive Oil will be joining us for a fun filled evening of creating dishes using infused olive oils and vinegars. They were recently voted by Litchfield Magazine’s Readers Choice Awarded them First in Kitchen Store. In this class we cover the basics of making dressings and marinades and you’ll create this wonderful menu.

Hoagie Palmiers
Tomato and Basil olive oil marinated Flank Steak
Cod en papillotte with olives, tomatoes, fennel and oregano vinegar marinade
Spring Salad
Pasta with beets, walnuts and goat cheese
Lime bundt cake with lime curd
Details:
-Class is approx 2.5-3 hours long during which we will sit down together and enjoy what you’ve made!
-Class is limited to 12 students
-You will be standing for most of the class
-Masks are optional in the kitchen (subject to change)
-Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
-Please alert us to any allergies
