The First Bite Catering – French Garden Party
Spring brings so many possibilities to enjoy the outdoors. This is a fun menu for a gathering with few great friends and some delicious wines.
Our Menu:
- Pear Gallette
- Crepes – sweet and savory toppings
- Tarragon chicken salad
- Fr Potato salad
- Croque Monsieur
- Dark Chocolate truffles
Details:
-Class is approx 2.5-3 hours long during which we will sit down together and enjoy what you’ve made!
-Class is limited to 12 students
-You will be standing for most of the class
-Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
-Masks are optional (may be subject to change)
