The First Bite Catering – Introduction To Pasta Making Class

In this class we will be collaborating with Adam Fragola from Villarina’s Pasta Shop who will be guiding our class through the pasta making process. You will be able to roll up your sleeves and get up close and personal with the doughs!
In this class we will be making:
· Sheet pasta from which we can make many dishes
· Pappardelle bolognese sauce
· Asiago & asparagus ravioli with limoncello cream sauce
Details:
- Class is approximately 3 hours long including the time we will sit down together and enjoy what was made! This is a hands-on class
- Class is limited to 8 students
- You will be standing and working for most of the class
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
- Cancellation policy: Classes are non-refundable
