The First Bite Catering – Julia Child’s French Cooking
In this class you will be recreating recipes from the late, great Julia Child!
- Potato Leek soup
- Seafood en papillote – Fresh catch baked in parchment
- Coq au vin – Chicken with red wine
- Haricots vert frais a la provencal – Green beans with tomato
- Julia Child’s Boeuf Bourguignon
- Cherry Clafoutis with creme anglaise – Dessert!
-This class will be 1 1/2 – 2hours
-Hands-on classes are limited to 12 students -You will be standing and working for most of the class
-Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
