The First Bite Catering – Pastabilities 2 – Gnocchi & Cavatelli

In this class we will be collaborating with Adam Fragola from Villarina’s Pasta Shop who will be guiding our class through the pasta making process. You will be able to roll up your sleeves and get up close and personal with the doughs!
In this class we will be making:
- Sweet Potato Gnocchi with brown butter sage sauce
- Cavatelli finished with garlic and oil, Italian sausage and broccoli rabe
Details:
- Class is approx 3 hours long including the time we will sit down together and enjoy what was made! This is a hands-on class
- Class is limited to 10 students
- Masks will be required regardless of vaccination status
- You will be standing and working for most of the class
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
- Cancellation policy: Classes are non-refundable
