The First Bite Catering – Summersational Salads Class
Tis the season for Farmer’s Markets and freshly grown produce! These recipes can use a great framework to let your imagination run wild with the many colors and flavors of Summer!
- Chopped kale with prosciutto and figs
- Mediterranean Quinoa Salad
- Shaved Root Veggie Salad with grilled shrimp
- Grilled Peach and Burrata Salad
- Panzanella Salad with grilled chicken
- Asian broccoli slaw with miso-ginger dressing with ahi tuna
-Class is approx 2.5-3 hours long during which we will sit down together and enjoy what you’ve made!
-Class is limited to 12 students
-You will be standing for most of the class
-Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
